smartpls4: line instead path
Hi All,
In SmartPLS v4, a line is used instead of an arrow for variables that have single item. Why?

Hi,
in models with higher order construct, can we write hypothesis about dimension?
please suggest me a article…

cycle path
Hi all
theoretically, can we use cycle path in modeling ?
we have a model that
A→B , B→C and C→A
we get a error in smartpls that we cant use cycle path
why? theoretically…
another problem mutual influence:
A↔B
in this case, how can we modeling and analysis? with which statistical method

incoherence in communality calculation!!!!!!
in PLS "path modeling Michel" Tenenhaus et al.(2005) we see:
communality= 1/n(sum of cor^2)
n=number of MV
cor= correlation between each MV and LV
BUT
prof Bido say:
communality= loading^2
communality= 1/n(sum of cor^2)
n=number of MV
cor= correlation between each MV and LV
BUT
prof Bido say:
communality= loading^2

moderating effect
hi all In terms of the Moderating Hypothesis, i have X as independent construct and Y as dependent construct. Z is the Moderating construct. before insert z as a moderating construct, i run smart pls, result is: x--->y path co is 0.49 R square for y is 0.24 and when run bootstrap with 500 re-s t res...

F value?
hi all
how we can measure f value with smartpls?
for measurement moderating effect must we have f value?
how much critical value for support moderating effect? higher than 1.96?
