Im doing mediation in secondary data through smart PLS but im worry about heteroscedasticity thatb how to remove o it and heterogenity too.Kindly guide me in this regard as im doing first time .Your early response in this regard

SECONDARY DATA use in IPMA SMARTPLS
I AM USING SECONDARY PANEL DATA FOR IPMA ANALYSIS. I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO SELECT RANGE FOR MIN AND MAX SCALE FOR PERFORMANCE MEASURE AND HOW TO RUN IPMA FOR SECONDARY DATA. SHOULD I LEAVE METRIC SCALE ASSUMPTION BECAUSE MY RANGES ARE IN RATIOS.
