Salam Pak Hengky, I have more than 2 groups that will be compared. I don't think smartPLS can be used to do multigroup comparison for more than group. I also tried XLStat, however, it seems this program also does not allow us to do multigroup comparison for more than 2 groups. Hence any ideas what p...

Effect Size and Hypotheses testing
Dear guys,
I have a question regarding effect size. In my model I found some low effect size. However, these low effect size has a significant relationship. Some other effect size are bigger but they do not have a significant relationship. Please advise me why it can happen?
Kind Regards,

Hey, You should not use the variable/column with your dummy code in your model. After you splitting your file in the different groups there are only e. g. 1 in the column. Therefore you have got an error message. (A second reason could be, that your model is not recursive.) Here a very good article...

A singular Matrix
Hi there,
once input the data and draw the picture of my model I klicked bootstrap and there is a notification said :"a singular matrix occured during the estimation of final path coefficients" please advise me what's wrong with my data??

is communality equal to AVE?
I read an article which mentioned that average communality is equal to average AVE. So therefore in order to measure GOF = root (average AVE x average R^) instead of root (average communality x average R^2) as proposed by tennehaus (2004, 2005). Could some of you explain this and give me references ...

Factorial Design with PLS
Dear All, I have a question about how to put factorial design into PLS. Refer to the article writen by Sandra streukens, Martin Wetzels, Ahmad Daryanto and Ko de Ruyter (Analyzing Factorial Data Using PLS: Application in an Online Complaining Context) experimental design treatment was put as a forma...

(ASK) How to determine Q^2 stone
I tried to run Q^2 with omission distance 7. Based on discussion in this forum the value of Q^2 is based on the table of "construct crossvalidated redundancy". However, in my PLS's output there are 8 tables of construct crossvalidated redundancy. Case 1 to 7 and total. So from which table ...

Halo Pak Anugrah, Maybe you can try this: Chin (1998) the sample required for PLS can be determined in the following ways: 1) the construct with the largest number of formative indicators or 2) the dependent latent variable with the largest number of relationship. The sample size required would be 5...

(ASK) calculate an Effect Size with a complex model
Hi guys, I am trying to measure effect size f2 for my model. However, my model is a bit confusing since it has one independent variable and two dependent variable http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a126/ash857/effectsize1.jpg in this model X2 affects X3 and Y. So how I could calculate f^2 of X2? sinc...
