what’s difference of HCM and second-order?

hello! when i draw a model, somebody ask me why i say it is second-order, not HCM? i feel that are same. but i do not know how to explain. so would you please tell me? i also want to know what the difference it is. thanks a lot!!!

Dear Sir i want to use smartPLS to analyze data. but should i need to do normality test before conducting smartPLS analysis in data screening? if i have done normality test, my result is non-normality. then my harman's single factor is 53%, above 50%. can i proceed to do smartPLS analysis? thanks a ...

i find using smartPLS is so pleasurable. but i want to know, before i come to formal analysis using smartPLS, what step should i do? should i do outliers? normality? harmon's , etc.

Dear Sir hello! i meet a problem when doing SmartPLS. For the common method bias, i use Harman's single factor and find the largest factor accounted for 53.982% of the variance. it is just over the 50%. However, in the Pearson Correlation, no case above 0.9. the inner VIF is over 3.3, but is below 5...
