There is a small bug with the Basic Bootstrapping option. Please choose the Complete Bootstrapping Option in the Bootstrapping dialog. Then you should not get that error. It will be fixed in the next release, but until then you have to use Complete Bootstrapping Results. EDIT: This problem is solve...
