Thanks for your reply. I tried to use another computer and it is still not functioning properly. I still see no content in the pull down menu. Would you please subscribe me manually or instruct me to do so? I didn't find where I can summit support ticket. Appreciate.

I tried to download the SmartPLS 2.0 at http://www.smartpls.com/smartpls2 However, I can't select the country from the pull down menu. There is no content and the field is mandatory. I've tried using Safari, IE, Chrome, Firefox at both OS X and Windows environment. All failed. Can anyone help me? Si...
