import Problem
my data was in txt format but when i downloaded it into Smart PLS, I did not see the preview neither did i see the indicators. How do I resolve this?

Installation issue
I downloaded the installation file from download page... the one with jre.
I am having problem using it as when i click on the smarticon on my desktop it did not load, it came with the error unable to acess jarfile startup.jar.
I am using windows 7 home edition with java 6
