I used smartpls and spss to find out the correlations. The smartpls correlations are totally different than the spss. The spss result is more logical. Alpha scores different than R and SPSS
I used smartpls, R and spss to check the alpha scores of some of my items. Spss and R gave same scores but smartpls gave different and much higher than the others. Do anyone knows why I am facing such issue?
