I did CFA in PLS and for the same data in AMOS (SPSS) and i got quite different results!
e.g. in SmartPLS I got all loadings higher than .72
in AMOS(SPSS) I got the lowest with .47
so AMOS says I shouldn't take that item into the responding factor, but SmartPLS says it is fine?!
what shall I do?

I have a model with a few single-item-constructs. All other constructs have reflective items. When calculating GoF, shall I leave the singe-item-constructs out?
