Premature expiry of key

Key Problems on activation
Hi all,
When trying to activate my SmartPLS using My Key, i get the error message of an activation error. Can u reset my key, please?

singular matrix-- bootstrapping
Hi Prof Bido. I understand that in this case the singular matrix is occuring during the bootstrapping porc. I am facing a similar problem. I can compute the model coefficients using the PLS-algorithm. However, possibly, when using bootstraps, the procedure leads to the problem of 2 identical columns...

.txt file
The interactive tutorial tells me that I should import only.csv files. However, I have been exporting from Excel into .txt (tab delimited) files and have been importing the .txt files into SmartPLS. However, in SmartPLS once i click on the datafile, I get to see only 10 rows under "contents of ...

standardization/rescaling/outer weights
Hi all, I understand from what I have read that if certain conditions are met/not met, the MVs are standardized and then rescaled to calculate the final weights and loadings. What is the procedure used by SMARTPLS? Why does the restandardized measurement model mean? Should i use the values there or ...

Measure model specs not visible in report
Hi, Using the smartPLS v2 M3, I cant see the measurement model specification in the report. I do get to see the header followed by the header for the structural model specification. Since I am not sending the path diagram to the other person working on the same project (over email), there is no way ...

Cross-validated redundancies and cross-validated communaliti
Hi all, I had a few questions and would be grateful for any answers to the same 1. is the cross-validated redundancy for an endogenous variable the same as the Stone-Geisser test and therefore should exceed zero if the var is to be retained 2. What if the cross-validated redundancy for an indicator ...

cross-validated communality
If the cross-validated redundancy represents the Q^2, then what is the interpretation of the cross-validated communalities-- for indicators and constructs?

cross-validated communalities/Stone-Geisser
from earlier excel sheets posted on this forum, I understand that that both-- the cross validated communality and the cross validated redundancy -- use 1-SSE/SSO. However, the the expected values are calculated differently for both. Am I right in understanding that the Cross-validated communality gi...

Bootstrapping SmartPLS2.0 M3
The bootstrapping output does not include such things as the AVE, R^2. In order for me to obtain these and also the significance tests for the model coefficients, do I need to run both separately-- the PLS algortithm and the bootstrapping procedure? Any help here would be highly appreciated. Thanks ...

singular matrix
In using the program on dummy data to evaluate a model, i got the message that was like "Singluar matrix obtained when estimating outer weights for a block. the problem could be solved by adding more indicators" But the program does not tell me which block this is. Anyways, I had 10 format...

Stone-Geisser test
Hi,
I ran a simple model using the data file that comes with the download. The output did not include a Stone-Geisser test. I am completely new to Smart-PLS. Does anyone know whether I can get the statistic using Smart-PLS
Regards,
Yusof
