just set the number of cases to 40 ( your sample size )

bootstrapping = 1000.

hopefully with this replications of sample sizes ( with replacement) will produce significant t-values >= 1.96 .

I am new to this software. My sample size is not that large and = 69. I would like to conclude about the significance of my model. Can someone tell me what would be best values for AVE and GOF so my hypohesized model would fit my data?

That is a good question sir. If I were you, I would see which regression weight is higher than the other and makes my decision based on that.
