I had a coding problem which could be solved pretty easily (recode to the opposite value). So now my weights are okay.

Hi, you can do this with the SOBEL TEST EQUATION (z=(a*b)/root(b^2*sa^2+a^2*sb^2) --> I hope it is understandable ;-) But you will not get this directly in SmartPLS. You have to use Excel for the calculation. This z-value is equal to the t-value and you can have a look to the t-value-table. Greets ...
