Dear All,

I can't open SmartPLS. When I tried to open, the following words show:

An error has occurred. See the log file.

C:\Users\14V-User\.eclipse\de.smartpls.main.SmartPLS_2.0.3\configuration\1360292394635.log

Please advise how to handle that.

Hi Sara,

Check JRE version in your drive computer. I think your computer automatic updated OK.
